Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We work with global print-on-demand partners to ensure that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and the destination.

2. Production vs. Shipping

Please note that total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

  • Production: Most items are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping: Begins once the item has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking portal typically updates within 24–48 hours of shipment.

Note: With Economy or Standard Shipping, domestic orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to the door.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most countries worldwide; however, international delivery can take between 10–30 business days depending on the local carrier and customs processing. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Since our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Lost Packages: If an order is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a reprint if the package is confirmed lost.
